Welcome to Probill. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Probill mobile application and website (the “Service”).

By accessing or using Probill, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Probill is an invoicing and billing platform designed to help freelancers, small businesses, and professionals create, manage, and send invoices digitally.

  • Logos

are owned by Probill or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to Probill, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:

  • Update or modify features

  • Temporarily suspend services for maintenance

  • Change or discontinue parts of the Service

without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Probill does not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be error-free

  • Generated invoices will meet legal requirements in every jurisdiction

  • The platform will always be available or secure

Users are responsible for reviewing all invoices and financial data before sending them to clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probill shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Business interruptions

  • Errors in invoices created by users

  • Indirect or consequential damages

arising from the use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the Service

  • Your actions create legal or security risks

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Probill may update these Terms periodically.

When changes occur, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
